Yoga Integrated Science raises the bar for yoga teacher training.

Chicago, IL
Yoga Alliance Approved
Intensive 200 Hour RYT Training Series
Begins April 2, 2020

To some, yoga is less about stretch and more about strength. For the exceptional student who wants to push their limits and experience power in their practice, Yoga Integrated Science is offering an exclusive opportunity for those looking to level-up and become leaders. Our 200-hour yoga teacher training program will provide students with a deep, scientific understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body – in addition to the biomechanics of yoga – to shape teachers who know how to promote overall strength and well-being by avoiding injury and malpractice.

Over the course of three months, our 200RYT Yoga Alliance®-approved teacher training will meet for four, four-day weekends at a central practice space. This accelerated, physically intensive training will be led by Yoga Integrated Science founder and nationally recognized health and fitness expert Lauren Eirk. In her career, Eirk has dedicated herself to equipping students with the skills, strength and knowledge to become responsible, effective teachers in the art of yoga – and now she’s bringing that elite training to your city.

Our next session starts soon. Sign up today and don’t miss the opportunity to study under one of the best our industry has to offer.
