Integrative Restoration iRest® Yoga Nidra | Free Classes at Yoga Integrated Science

Meditation has long been known to help bring calm thoughts and peace of mind to those who practice. Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress. Over the last 10 years or so, the medical community has begun to publish information on how meditation can also offer physiological benefits such as lowering blood pressure and reduced pain.

Yoga Integrated Science is proud to bring the Integrative Restoration iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation program (iRest®) to Louisville. Donna O’Bryan and Lisa Bauman have both been working hard to achieve their Level II Instructor certification over the last several months, traveling frequently to the West Coast to study with Richard Miller and the Integrative Restoration Institute®.  They are pleased to be the first to bring this restorative practice to the Louisville Community.

We will be offering free introductory iRest classes Dec 1-30.

  • Thursdays: 6:00pm-7:15pm Downstairs / Studio A
  • Fridays: 9:30am- 10:30am.  Upstairs / studio B

What is iRest?
