16 Hours of the required 77 Hours Learn the science behind Pilates and Yoga, relating their intentions, resistance techniques, goals, positions, methodology, goals, and perspectives. Explore the strength and flowing nature of Vinyasa Yoga and the trunk strengthening exercises of Pilates and be able to analyze how one can compliment the other. Experience first-hand the strategic integration of both of these disciplines to help to achieve muscular balance and symmetry in the body. The possibilities are endless for this type of training!
