RYS 300 Elective: Mind-Body-Ball

A Comparison of the disciplines of Yoga and Pilates according to goal, method, intention, positions, timing, resistance with the assistance of the stability ball and pilates mini ball. Along with the added balance and stability requirements of the ball, experience smoother transitions and in some cases added support in many traditional Yoga and Pilates positions. Combining techniques from centuries ago with the modern day fields of exercise mechanics will enhance your mind-body practice and attract a wider variety of students, helping them to re-think exercise. Workshop: All levels using stability balls 1:1 and mini-balls 1:1
