iRest® Integrative Restoration Techniques Workshop (5 Weeks-Friday Mornings)

An event every week that begins at 9:15am on Friday, repeating until February 24, 2017
The iRest technique provides you with tools to help you relax deeply, release stress, increase resiliency, and provide you with greater mastery and control in your life. iRest nourishes noble qualities such as joy, peacefulness, empathy, forgiveness, patience and loving-kindness toward yourself and others.

About Lisa Bauman
Lisa Bauman is a doctor of dental medicine and holds a B.S. in dental hygiene. She is a 500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist from the American Viniyoga Institute. She is a Level II Certified iRest Instructor from Richard Miller and currently studying with Lauren to add the 500 hour Yoga I.S. Education to her repertoire. Her love of yoga stems from 12 years of experience as a dance teacher and love of yoga that began with her introduction from her father at age ten. Lisa has two years of education in the field of psychology from the Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Lisa is excited to share her Viniyoga work at Yoga I.S. ®.
