iRest® Integrative Restoration Techniques Workshop (5 Weeks/ Thursday Evenings)

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until March 30, 2017
The iRest technique provides you with tools to help you relax deeply, release stress, increase resiliency, and provide you with greater mastery and control in your life. iRest nourishes noble qualities such as joy, peacefulness, empathy, forgiveness, patience and loving-kindness toward yourself and others.

About Donna O’Bryan
Donna is instrumental in the quest to bring Health and Wellness to others in the Yoga Integrated Science™ Wellness Studio in Louisville. Donna joins Yoga I.S ® with over 35 years of teaching experience with a Masters Degree in Health Education and a BA in Training and Development University of Louisville Donna holds certifications in Integrative Yoga Therapy®, Yamana® Ball, and Hatha Yoga. She is a licensed HeartMath® Provider, specializing in Biofeedback and stress management. She is a level II iRest® Instructor. Donna has a gentle, inviting style that draws in all levels of yoga students. Donna teaches in the Yoga Integrated Science™ Wellness Studio in Louisville and is a faculty member of the Yoga I.S.® RYS Teacher Training Program.
