The iRest® technique provides you with tools to help you relax deeply, release stress, increase resiliency, and provide you with greater mastery and control in your life. iRest nourishes noble qualities such as joy, peacefulness, empathy, forgiveness, patience and loving-kindness toward yourself and others. Cost: $90.00 for six iRest classes; (note that we will allow individuals to miss the first session but the cost remains the same. No one can enter this course after the second class has completed)
Former iRest clients can drop in for $17.00 a class if they do not want to attend the entire workshop. This cannot be purchased online.
